All products are homemade and all natural.
Keep in mind that some products contain Shea Butter or Coconut Butter and other oils and essential oils please check with doctor for allergy awareness.
As mentioned some products contain natural butter and keep them in a temperature controlled environment to avoid product turning back into it's natural state.
Because products are homemade and made to order I DO NOT accept refunds, but if you are reasonably unhappy I will replace the product for you free of charge within 30 days of purchase date.
